Project RELY Recognized for Championing Clean Energy and Education

Vivant Foundation’s Project RELY has earned recognition from the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP), receiving the Clean and Green Energy Award in the ECCP Europa Awards. This honor affirms the impact of the Foundation’s commitment to bringing sustainable energy solutions to underserved communities through innovative and inclusive approaches.

Implemented in partnership with sequa gGmbH and PROCESS-Bohol, and supported by the European Union, Project RELY—Renewable Energy for Livelihood and Youth—has brought solar energy to off-grid schools in Palawan and Bohol, enabling better access to education in remote areas. Beyond electrification, the project also contributes to climate action and skills development by integrating solar technology into senior high school technical-vocational programs.

The ECCP’s recognition celebrates organizations that lead in promoting sustainability, innovation, and low-carbon practices in the Philippines. For Vivant Foundation, this award is a testament to the power of public-private collaboration and the value of community-driven energy solutions.

Guided by its mission of creating solutions for our changing world, Vivant Foundation continues to deliver long-term impact by empowering learners, uplifting livelihoods, and advancing the transition to cleaner, more inclusive energy.
